The hydraulic drive system consists of a hydraulic circuit composed of pump, valve, oil cylinder, oil tank, pipeline and other auxiliary components. Under electrical control, the lifting and lifting of saw beam and the clamping of workpiece are completed. The stepless speed control of feed speed can be implemented through speed regulating valve, which can meet the need of sawing different materials of workpiece. Electrical control system controlled by the electrical box, box, junction box, travel switch control circuit, electromagnet, etc, used to control the saw blade, saw slewing beam lifting, workpiece clamping and so on, make it according to certain procedures to implement the normal cutting cycle.

 

Lubrication system must be according to the machine tool lubrication part before driving (wire brush shaft, worm worm gear box, the active bearing, bearing, lift up and down cylinder shaft clamping screw sliding surfaces, vise for refueling. Saw blade installed on the worm gear box drive motor through the pulley, triangle tape drive worm gear box of worm and worm gear, drives the driving wheel rotation, to drive around the active, passive wheel rim on the saw blade for cutting rotary motion. The feed motion of the saw blade is a hydraulic circulating system composed of an oil cylinder and a speed regulating valve, which controls the falling speed of the saw beam so as to control the feed motion of the saw blade (stepless speed regulation). The saw brush rotates at the spot where the saw blade comes out of the saw blade, and rotates in the direction of the saw blade as the saw blade goes, and is cleaned by the cooling fluid provided by the cooling pump to remove the chip on the saw blade. The coolant is in the coolant cutting tank on the right side of the base and is driven directly by the pump to supply the coolant.

 

Press the stop (stop) button, rotate clockwise, the pump motor works, the gear pump works, the oil enters the pipeline through the filter net, and the overflow valve is adjusted to meet the working pressure of the system. Press the button inward instead and all motors stop working. The workpiece clamps and presses the clamp button, the electromagnetic valve works, the hydraulic oil enters the left side of the oil cylinder, the right hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank, the left clamps to the workpiece.

 

When the saw beam is lowered, press the working press pliers, and the hydraulic oil enters the rod cavity of the lifting oil cylinder through the electromagnetic valve. No – rod cavity hydraulic oil through electromagnetic valve, one – way governor valve back to the tank. The saw beam quickly drops down and press the drop button. The hydraulic works through the electromagnetic valve. The oil enters the lifting oil cylinder with a rod cavity, and the non-rod cavity oil returns to the fuel tank through the electromagnetic valve. When the saw beam rises, press the up button, and the hydraulic oil enters the no-bar cavity of the lifting oil cylinder through the electromagnetic valve. The rod cavity oil is returned to the tank through the solenoid valve. The workpiece loosens the clamp release button, and the hydraulic oil enters the right side of the clamping oil cylinder through the electromagnetic valve. The left hydraulic oil can be returned to the tank through the solenoid valve, and the left clamping port moves the workpiece to the left.

 

The analog input and output module of the system makes the monitoring of sawing process of a wide range of significance. For example, as long as the sawing machine increases the feedback of saw blade deformation, the sawing speed can be adjusted automatically. The speed and position control of sawing process can be optimized by adding servo valve. The management function of the system makes the management of materials and workpieces more convenient. The system’s Chinese interface and real-time graphics display make the operation more friendly and intuitive.
